Chole Paratha (Curried Chickpeas with Flatbread)

Made this for lunch today and it was yummy. The dark color of the chickpeas is achieved by boiling it with tea bags.

Here’s a funny story. As my daughter has grossed herself out by taking PBJ sandwiches every other day of the week the previous year, just the mention of it yesterday night as a suggestion for her lunchbox sent her into a big Noooooooooooooo scream. After all, she reminded me, It’s PE day and I’ll be very hungry. PBJ’s will
